A shift in haiku business.
Introducing theme.
One of my dearest friends, and among the most enthusiastic haiku-writers I know, is a person whom I will hereafter refer to by
Various Pen Names,
Unusual Pseudonyms,
Odd Aliases,
Like "DJ Disco,"
"Eli Whitney Can't-Drink-Gin,"
Or "Narnia Bacon,"
recently came upon an "ancient" text titled Ricky Martin: Rockin' the House! Being awesome, she immediately purchased said book and turned the color photos featured inside into postcards. These postcards came to my door weekly, each featuring a cut-out excerpt of less-than-impressive authorship and some haiku joy, written by DJ Disco. Over the coming weeks, I will be posting said haiku postcards for all to enjoy. So, cheers to Narnia Bacon and her fabulous idea! My response--other ridiculous postcards with my own haikus-- will be featured afterwards. So enjoy the Haiku Postcard Bliss!
